These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PostGlow website, dashboard, Chrome Extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using any part of PostGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use PostGlow.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are using PostGlow on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.

You must promptly update your account information if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and your authentication methods.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Our Services

PostGlow is a Chrome Extension designed to help users create more visually engaging LinkedIn posts by providing formatting tools and AI-powered formatting enhancements.

The Services include a browser extension, user dashboard, subscription management, and related website functionality.

The AI-powered 'Glow Now' feature enhances formatting while aiming to preserve the original meaning and tone of your content.

PostGlow is intended to assist users in formatting content and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.

PostGlow is designed to improve formatting and presentation. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and appropriateness of any content they publish using our Services.

5. Subscription Plans

Certain features of PostGlow require an active paid subscription.

PostGlow currently offers Monthly and Yearly subscription plans.

Your subscription grants access to paid features for the duration of your active billing period.

Subscription features, pricing, and available plans may change over time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Billing & Payments

Payments for PostGlow subscriptions are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription plan.

PostGlow does not collect or store your complete payment card information.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Lemon Squeezy.

7. Subscription Renewals

Unless cancelled before the end of your current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method associated with your account.

Renewal charges will occur at the beginning of each new billing cycle based on your selected subscription plan.

You can disable future renewals by cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or other available account management tools.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a refund for payments already made.

Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

9. Independent Service

PostGlow is an independent product developed to enhance the formatting of LinkedIn posts.

PostGlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with LinkedIn Corporation or any of its affiliates.

LinkedIn and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms, policies, and guidelines.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, please contact our support team. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

You agree to use PostGlow responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

AI processing occurs only after you explicitly choose to use the 'Glow Now' feature.

You are solely responsible for reviewing any content before publishing or sharing it.

PostGlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results for any specific purpose.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, submit, or format using PostGlow.

By using AI-powered features, you grant PostGlow a limited, temporary right to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

PostGlow does not claim ownership of your LinkedIn posts or other content you create.

Except as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not permanently store content submitted for AI formatting.

14. Intellectual Property

PostGlow, including its website, Chrome Extension, dashboard, software, source code, design, branding, logos, graphics, and related materials, is owned by PostGlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any PostGlow intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

PostGlow integrates with third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, email delivery, and AI processing.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

PostGlow is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or policies of third-party services.

16. Service Availability

We strive to keep PostGlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any payment obligations that arose before termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the Services for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

AI-generated formatting suggestions are provided for convenience and should always be reviewed before use.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PostGlow and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other commercial damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PostGlow during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PostGlow, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
