We only collect information that is necessary to operate and improve PostGlow.
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:

Encrypted or hashed password (when signing up with email)
Authentication provider information (such as Google Sign-In)
Authentication tokens and identifiers required to maintain your account
Account creation and update timestamps

This information is used solely to authenticate your account and provide access to your subscription.
2.2 Subscription Information
When you purchase a subscription, we collect limited billing-related information, including:

PostGlow does not collect or store your complete payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. Your credit card number, CVV, expiration date, and other sensitive payment credentials are never transmitted through or stored on PostGlow's servers.

Google Sign-In (OAuth)
When using Google Sign-In, PostGlow receives only the information necessary to authenticate your account. We do not receive your Google password.

3. How PostGlow Works
PostGlow is designed to enhance the formatting of LinkedIn posts while preserving the original meaning and tone of your content.
When you click the 'Glow Now' button:
Your written LinkedIn post is securely sent to our backend.
The content is processed using OpenAI to determine formatting improvements.
OpenAI returns formatting instructions or operations.
Those formatting operations are applied to your LinkedIn post by the extension.
The purpose of this process is to improve formatting and presentation—not to rewrite your ideas or change your intended message.
4. AI Processing
PostGlow uses OpenAI to generate formatting improvements only after you explicitly request them by clicking the 'Glow Now' button.
Your content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested feature.
We do not automatically analyze your LinkedIn posts.
We do not process your content unless you actively choose to use the AI-powered formatting feature.
5. What We Do Not Store
Privacy is a core design principle of PostGlow.
Unless required for temporary processing while providing the requested service, PostGlow does not permanently store:
Your LinkedIn posts
The text you submit for formatting
AI-generated formatting instructions
Generated formatting results
Your LinkedIn account credentials
Your payment card information
Once formatting has been completed and delivered back to your extension, the submitted content is not retained by PostGlow for future use.
